The Sidamo plantation is located in the historical homeland of Arabica. This Arabica grows at an altitude of 2000 m above sea level, due to which the ripening period of the berries is extended, which allows the grain to obtain a rich flavor spectrum. It belongs to the Arabika Typika type. Ripe fruits are subjected to exclusively wet processing, and then dried in the open sun on a hard cloth, which avoids overheating and overcooling of the grain. It is wet processing and fermentation that gives the grain fruity notes, mocha aromas and natural sweetness. The variety has a unique bergamot aroma.
